Inspiring Future Leaders: Nicole Naum Speaks at Round Elementary Career Day

At the beginning of April, Battlefield Law Group’s founder and partnering attorney, Nicole H. Naum, Esq., had the honor of participating in Career Day at Round Elementary School in Manassas, VA. Nicole took a brief pause from the courtroom and client meetings to speak with bright young students about the role of a defense attorney and the importance of standing up for others.

For Nicole, this visit was more than just a speaking engagement. From a very young age, she knew she wanted to be a lawyer, not just to debate cases, but to help people. Her passion for criminal and DUI defense is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, represented, and treated with fairness. Talking to students about those values made the day especially meaningful.

During her time at Round Elementary, Nicole explained what it means to be a defense attorney. She spoke about how defense lawyers protect individual rights, uphold the Constitution, and ensure access to justice for everyone, regardless of their circumstances. She answered thoughtful questions, shared real-world insight, and encouraged the students to pursue careers that help others.

Of course, no visit would be complete without a small gift. Nicole brought along Battlefield Law Group’s new branded pens, which were a big hit with students and teachers alike.
