In addition to her criminal defense practice, Lili is a certified Guardian ad Litem for the Commonwealth of Virginia. In that role, she advocates for the best interests of children in matters involving abuse, neglect, custody disputes, and juvenile delinquency. Her Guardian ad Litem work has given her extensive experience with sensitive and complex proceedings in Virginia’s Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts and reflects her longstanding commitment to advocating for vulnerable individuals within the legal system.

A native of New England, Lili earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, where she developed a strong foundation in legal advocacy and public service. She is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and maintains strong professional ties through her involvement with the Fairfax Bar Association and Prince William Bar Association.

When she is not in the courtroom, Lili enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, and their two dogs. An avid equestrian, she also enjoys horseback riding and spending time outdoors.
